Piggies Camping Cornwall Customer Testimonials
Fab place we went for a Christening and stayed in John the owners trailer tent. John was very helpful and even delivered us fresh eggs from the hens in the morning to cook om the stove. Also included a mini fridge. We will be going back again
Lovely site, views to die for from every angle. Owners very helpful with lots of tips for where to visit, nearest shops etc. Pitches are a good size too all in all a great place to go and as a motorhome owner it’s good to just chill out and enjoy the views if no tow car with you. Looking forward to visiting again.
Fabulous few days on this lovely campsite. Spacious pitches, lovely and clean, very friendly and helpful owners. Would definitely recommend and will be returning !!
We’ve just returned from a fantastic week’s camping at Piggies. We’ve been to several different campsites in recent years and this is by far the best one yet! Peter and Debbie were very welcoming and would do anything to ensure you had a relaxing stay. Peter had very relaxed rules about everything, including arrival and departure times which was really nice as he insisted we stay as long as it took for the tent to dry rather than packing it away wet. The site it’s self was immaculately kept with lovely big pitches. The new shower, toilet and washing up block is very nearly complete having been set back from the wet winter. One thing I will say is that there has been no expense spared on upgrading the facilities and when it is complete it really will make the site. We found the location of Piggies perfect being literally minutes away from the A30 and the A39 and within 15 minutes you could be on a lovely beach. We will definitely be going back again and for a family of 4 with an electric pitch for £18 a night on a site as lovely as Piggies you can’t go far wrong!
Lovely site for exploring Cornwall Lovely site under new ownership and owners couldn't be more helpful. Big plans here to expand the site and add extra toilet blocks and washroom facilities. Idea for exploring Cornwall as half way between Newquay and St Austells. Nice toilet and shower block. Currently adjacent field has lots of space for ball games etc so would def recommend
Well kept and well managed site Owners are so helpful and friendly. Price is a good value. Location is near to attractions and the beach. Well drained with slight slope site. Clean facilities. we will be back next year.

Couldn't fault this site, peace & quiet but near enough to all the major roads in Cornwall . Will definitely look forward to returning again I need to visit Cornwall on a regular basis to visit my son & now we've found the perfect place to stay, the owners of this site made us more than welcome ,it's within easy driving distance to Newquay and all the major road links to surrounding towns the fact that it hadn't got a clubhouse or playground was a bonus we hated leaving but have somewhere to look forward to when we return

What can I say! The previous owners left the weekend before we arrived and we got to see the alpacas briefly but the new owners are lovely The new owners are lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Checked we were ok but were not intrusive. Had some lovely chats. This site is our favourite yet. Absolutely spotless facilities and a lovely field. There is a railway line nearby but only about 5 trains a day which I liked being a rail enthusiast! Flight path from the airport but again not many planes go over. It's an amazing site even so. One warning I will give is beware a naughty crow. If you leave food out and take your eye off it he will help himself! He had our chips and our scones and saffron buns the git! Not site owners fault tho hahaha! We arrived as strangers left as friends.??
Fabulous This is our absolute favourite site. Royston and Sue and warm and welcoming hosts and the shower / loo facilities are spotless. We love saying hello to the 3 alpacas in the adjacent field and listening to to the birds. This is a peaceful site yet within driving distance of some beautiful beaches and walks. Can't rate this highly enough.
